A few miles south of Carmel along Highway 1 is Garrapata State Park. Everything is green and lush right now. Flowers are abundant, as is the new growth of poison oak. We explored both sides of the highway, hiking along the rocky bluffs and then climbing a ridge to get a nice overview of the coastline.
