Photo: Kolob ArchThis is a remote arch in the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park. It is almost a 7 mile hike along the La Verkin Creek trail to get there. It’s a huge span—almost as long as Landscape Arch in Arches National Park. I considered this day hike difficult because of the length, the 1,000 ft elevation climb back to the trailhead, and sandy sections of the trail. More info here. |
