Dan and I had a free day, so I planned a trip that would start with the bunch of caches at Penitencia Creek. After we got there it turns out Dan and Janet had already found a bunch of them. No matter, there were lots more to choose from. These were mostly in city parks […] We (Dan, Janet, Dave Y, and I) headed up to Wheatland today for Geowoodstock. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate—it was overcast, breezy, and sprinkled on and off during the morning. We arrived around 10am and spent an hour and a half or so wandering around. I really didn’t see much of interest, although Dave bought […] Karen and I took a drive today over to Mill Valley, Sausalito, and the Marin Headlands. We also took a drive through China Beach, and found one cache. The fog was rolling in through the Golden Gate when we were at the headlands, but it was probably in the high 80’s at China Beach.
